Fixes #94: Fix one-stop-shop description in the complaint feature
A simple one.
Art. 77 GDPR doesn't say anything about being able to chose any SVA but rather provides a list of possible SVAs to go with—the one at the user's place of residence certainly being the most relevant for them.
Also, I am not quite sure if this is really OSS. I think that has more to do with which SVA a company communicates with (Art. 56 GDPR), so I removed the references to that.
