'Contribute' page

We need a 'Contribute' page (already linked in the footer but currently commented out). That page should include:

  1. How to edit and add to the company database
  2. How to help internationalize (i.e. translate, help with suggested companies for new countries, also 1.), include a link to that section in the I18nWidget.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
